Shipping Policy
Nairobi Delivery
Orders within Nairobi are delivered within 1–2 business days. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM — contact us on WhatsApp to arrange.
Outside Nairobi
Orders to other Kenyan counties are delivered within 3–5 business days via courier. Shipping fees apply and will be confirmed at checkout.
Order Tracking
You will receive a WhatsApp notification with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
CityScent is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or events outside our control. We will always keep you informed.

Return & Refund Policy
Our Guarantee
Every CityScent fragrance is guaranteed to last 12+ hours. If your fragrance fades before 12 hours under normal use, we will replace it or refund you — no questions asked.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +254 722 57 97 13 or email caraf@cityscent.shop.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method. We reserve the right to decline returns on opened or used products unless they are defective.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and send it to us on WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
